Massaging the penis in a bid to increase its size has been employed since several centuries. Massage is believed to have originated in Africa and the Middle East, and even the term ‘jelqing’ or ‘jelquing’ has originated in that region. Whether this is true or not, today jelquing remains the most popular form of massage.
Massage Procedure
Jelquing is a form of massage. It is gripped in one of the hands such that the thumb and the forefinger form a ring around the penis shaft. When a proper grip is obtained, then the ring is slowly pulled towards the glans of the organ. This movement should be slow and rhythmic, and not fast and jerky. Once the hand reaches the tip of the organ, it must be released and brought again to the shaft. The jelq must be repeated. Some men use only one hand for the entire jelquing session; while some prefer to use both hands alternately. In fact using both hands is better as it provides the pressure on both the lateral sides of the organ.
It is enough to perform the jelquing massage for 20 to 30 minutes per day; however 15 minutes is also enough. For beginners, there is a need of some simple warm-up exercises before beginning to jelq. Also, lubricating creams or oils must be applied on it in order to make it smoother for the massage.
Massage Principle
In fact, it is made of spongy tissues called as the corpus cavernosa. During erection, it is these spongy tissues that become filled with the blood. Sometimes blood cannot completely fill the spongy tissues due to some access problem. Jelquing stretches the penile chambers so that blood can properly fill in them.
Thus, in principle, jelquing works fine. Men have also observed the advantages of jelquing. It has been reported that proper jelquing techniques can bring about a penis size increase of about 1 to 1.4 inches within six months.
The Alternatives
Many other forms of enlargement massages have been developed by men over the centuries. Some of the more common ones are described below:-
(i) It is grasped tightly around its shaft and the hand is brought slowly towards the glans. This action should imitate milking and should stretch it completely (but without any exertion on the ligaments). Once the hand is at the glans, it is pulled in the directions down, up, left and right respectively. Once the entire process is complete, the hand is brought again to the shaft and the movements are repeated. The advantage of this exercise is that it provides stretching in all the directions of it. Hence, it will not only increase in length, but also in width.
(ii) This massage is an improvement over the one explained before. It is held at the shaft, and the hand is slowly brought towards the glans. From the glans, it is then directed in a circular manner. First a clockwise circle is traced, stretching it at its maximum from the glans. When this is over, an anticlockwise circle is traced. This massage will also provide exercise to it in all directions and will lead to a longer and a thicker male organ.
(iii) The third kind of massage is an autoerotic massage which exercises mostly the glans. It is grasped at the shaft and the hand is brought outwards towards the glans. When the hand is at the glans, it is released and the tips of the fingers are lightly tapped around the glans. This improves blood circulation in the glans and makes it harder.
(iv) Alternately, the fingers can be tapped rhythmically over the entire shaft of the male organ. This can follow a pattern, like from top to bottom and then from bottom to top. The action mimics playing a flute. This will improve blood circulation in the shaft area of it and make it harder.
The Precautions
All massages must be performed with utmost precaution. Any damage to the organ during strenuous massage could be irreparable. It is necessary to follow the precautions given below:-
(i) Before beginning any massage, see that you have absolute privacy. If someone walks on you during the act, you may be suddenly embarrassed and pull it harder. This may tear the ligaments.
(ii) If you are a beginner at massages, then use some slight warm-up exercises. You can use these massages as a tool to your masturbation. Bring it to erect stage and perform the massage. When you feel the massage is done, you can ejaculate. This will also help you build up delayed ejaculations.
